References to the Directors shall be construed as references to the Secretary of State and references to the Accountant General shall (where under the Ordinance his functions are not also exercisable by the Crown Agents for the Colonies) be construed as references to the Crown Agents for the Colonies.
The section shall be omitted.
The following paragraph shall be substituted for paragraph (e):-
"(e) on medical evidence to the satisfaction of the Secretary of State that he is incapable, by
reason of some infirmity of mind or bôdy, of discharging the duties of his office and that such infirmity is likely to be permanent; or"
The second sentence in
subsection (1), commencing with the words "The control of the Treasurer" shall be omitted. In paragraph (c) of subsection (3) the reference to "the Treasurer and the Advisory Committee" shall be construed
as a reference to the Secretary of State.
